This charming, new farmhouse is full of character and has been built using authentic Gozitan architecture with some original stonework. It is located in the beautiful, peaceful village of Xewkija and is 500 meters away from the ancient church of Xewkija.

Interior

This lovely, large, two-storey house has been tastefully decorated with traditional, local furnishings and vibrant fabrics. It has a spacious, open plan kitchen, living room and dining area with a traditional, arched ceiling and all the rooms have large windows overlooking the pool area, making them light and airy. Our villa has three very attractive bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms on the ground floor. One has a double bed, the other has twin beds. The master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a large, private terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. There are two guest toilets on the ground floor.

Exterior

The villa is located in a quiet alleyway where it has private parking. The 6.5 x 3.7 metre swimming pool has roman steps and is surrounded by a walled sunbathing terrace, which offers an excellent level of privacy. Ample sunbeds and patio furniture are provided and there is an elevated barbecue area overlooking the pool which is perfect for alfresco dining.

This villa is situated in the Xewkija, home of the Rotunda church. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest mini market and there are a couple of local bars within a 5 minute drive. Both the capital of Victoria and the picturesque fishing village of Mgarr are a 10 minute drive away.

This stylish, single storey villa has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The spacious and bright open plan living room has a dining area and patio doors to the terrace. An exterior stairway at the side of the villa leads to the big roof terrace which boasts views over the golf course towards the sea. This is a perfect place for secluded sunbathing

Located on the prestigious Fuerteventura golf development, the facilities of an exclusive five star hotel are on your doorstep. Within the hotel is an excellent restaurant and bar with views of the golf course. For more active guests, the entrance to an 18-hole golf course is also within this hotel. The resort of Caleta de Fuste, is a five minute drive away where guests can enjoy a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a large, shallow beach, perfect for children and a picturesque marina with a selection of excellent water excursions. A shuttle bus service is available between the golf course hotel, the resort of Caleta De Fuste and the newly opened shopping mall. Two pretty lagoon beaches are a fifteen minute walk or three minutes drive from the villa. From there you can walk along the promenade into the centre of the resort or to the main beach at El Playa del Castillo. Before you reach the lagoon beaches there is an excellent new shopping mall. It has a very good choice of shops and restaurants, as well as a very large supermarket with a good variety of fresh food. There are newly opened diving and windsurfing centres on the beach at Caleta De Fuste. The villa is a 15 minute transfer from the airport by car or taxi.
